Whiteacres is a detached house in a secluded part of Brancaster with beautiful uninterrupted views across the marsh to the sea. It sits within a large enclosed private garden. The house is only a few miles from the busy and interesting country town of Burnham Market and the Norfolk Coast Path is only minutes away on foot.

Downstairs

A large bright lounge with seating for 8, with TV/Video. There is an open fireplace for winter comfort. A separate dining room with room for 8 leads through to a well equipped kitchen with a double electric oven and hob, fridge and a 2nd fridge freezer in the larder, a microwave and washing machine. There are 2 twin bedrooms with 2 bathrooms one en-suite on the ground floor.

Upstairs

There are 2 further twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The view from upstairs is a wonder to wake up to.

Outside, the large lawned garden has mature trees and shrubs, a summer house with garden furniture and there is ample parking for two cars. An additional outside W.C. and basin is to the rear of the house. There is access to the coast down a lane from Whiteacres.

Bed linen is supplied but not towels.
Electricity and heating (electric) is included in the price.
The owner insists that guests do not smoke inside the house.
small dogs welcome for an extra £15.00 per dog

Bookings are Friday to Friday. Short breaks available out of peak season.
