A cosy cottage with sea view from the bedroom window. An ideal base for sailing, walking (beach, coastal path, common land) bucket and spade holiday or bird watching (2 reserves nearby). Short drive to sandy beaches with boat storage available on request. Boat, canoe or wind-surfer hire is available in the village.
There is a large garden to the rear of the house and tennis courts, a children’s play area and 2 pubs are all within walking distance of the cottage.
Basic shopping is available in the village, otherwise ample shopping can be found in Burnham Market or Hunstanton, 6 miles away.
Cottage is able to sleep up to 6 people and has off-road garage parking.
Barbecue and Garden Furniture is available.
Upstairs:
Two bedrooms, one with King Size bed, the other with Twin beds.
Downstairs:
Kitchen: fully equipped with fridge, electric cooker and automatic washing machine.
Bathroom: bath with shower attached, basin, loo, electric towel rail and heater.
Sitting/Dining Room: dining table (will seat 6). Sitting area: includes 2 sofas, one of which converts to a sofa bed, armchair, colour television, radio/CD player, video player, iron and vacuum cleaner.
Heating:
Night storage heater downstairs, with a wood-burner. Wood provided £3.00 per bag.
Both bedrooms have electric heaters.
Immersion heater for hot water.
Short breaks are available at certain times of the year.
