Villa Rodavia is in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has fine rural views.
The accommodation consists of: lounge/diner with patio door, heating, TV, videotape player, and radio with CD player; fitted kitchen (including fridge/freezer, electric cooker with extractor hood, microwave oven and washer/drier); one double bedroom with patio door and TV; one bedroom with good quality, large bunk beds; finely finished oak flooring and heating in both bedrooms; shower room with heated towel rail and separate access from hallway; sun-trap patio and enclosed garden; and ample off-road parking space.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided at Rodavia.
A quarter of a mile from the villa is the popular Roman Camp inn. There is a shop and filling station next to the inn and at Cromer there is a supermarket with large car park opposite the police station on the A148.
The villa is 25 miles from Norwich with its busy modern shopping mall - which attracts visitors from a wide area - its cathedral, castle museum and and other historical buildings.
Rodavia is within easy walking distance of Felbrigg Hall – owned by The National Trust – which stands in its own 1750-acre estate.
One of the finest 17th century houses in the country, Felbrigg Hall has its original 18th century furniture and paintings. Facilities include woodland and lakeside walks.
At Sheringham there is a standard gauge steam railway which runs through scenic countryside with views of the sea.
