Down a long country lane discover eight spacious cottages tastefully converted from traditional Norfolk flint barns. These clean cottages are well maintained and features include exposed flint walls, beams, Wood Burners and a four poster bed. All cottages are well equipped and have colour televisions, Freeview channels, video and DVD players, microwaves, radios and CD players. Most have dishwashers, 3 have ensuite shower rooms.

Outside there is a resident barn owl, loads of safe space and superb play area; and inside there is a pool table and table tennis.

In 2006 53% of our guests were repeat bookings, 10% were recommended.
